CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICIES • We kindly require notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No Call/No Shows will be automatically banned, if you pay full service with explanation we will allow future bookings. • Cancellations made the day before the scheduled appointment will incur a $10 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 20% fee of the total service amount. • Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 40% fee of the total service amount. • Clients who do not pay the required cancellation fee will be banned from future bookings. • Clients who repeatedly cancel/reschedule appointments may be restricted or permanently banned from booking at our salon. • RESCHEDULING IS A CANCELLATION. You will be charged the same amount even if you are coming in at another time. APPOINTMENT POLICIES • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are 10 minutes or more late, we reserve the right to cancel or modity your appointment based on availability. If we are able to accommodate a late arrival, a late fee starting at $5 may apply. • If your appointment must be canceled due to lateness, our cancellation policy will still apply. • All services must be booked accurately and in advance. Services not booked ahead of time may not be available during your visit. • Soak-offs must be booked accordingly. If a soak-off is not included in your original booking, an additional fee will be charged to account for the extra time required. • If you choose to change or remove services at the time of your appointment, you will still be charged for the original services booked. • We value a respectful environment. Clients who are consistently difficult, disrespectful, or disruptive may be refused future services or banned
